The small Kozlovic winery has been in the hands of the same family since 1904 and is currently run by Gianfranco and Antonella Kozlovic. The finish … A crisp, zesty, mineral rich wine with a complex nose of lemon, apple with apricot, peach, pineapple and delicate hints of spice. Fresh, yet opulent on the palate with the fruit characters from the nose echoed on the palate, combined with a mineral complexity. It is primarily dedicated to growing Istrian indigenous grape varieties like Malvasia , Muscat Momiano, Muscat Rosé and Teran , as well as a small selection of international grapes including Sauvigno Malvazija JRE which is a joined product of 15 top chefs from Jeunes Restaurateurs Croatia (JRE) and winemaker Franco Kozlović displays medium to deep golden colour with lovely brilliance. Quite pronounced on the nose, showing maturity.
